Ruth has 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications, having worked both in-house for the Home Office and in-agency before setting up Rewired in 2008. She has extensive cross-sector experience working across a wide range of high profile B2C and B2B brands. Ruth takes the lead on strategy, crisis communications and stakeholder management for clients. She is a non-executive board director of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce and chair of the board of trustees at University of Birmingham Guild of Students.

Harj is responsible for driving forward B2B activity for Rewired and its clients. With a strong commercial acumen and having been a lawyer for over 10 years, Harj has a keen eye for detail and ensures that our gold star standard is maintained across clients. As well as providing strategic communications and campaign support to clients, Harj manages key stakeholder engagement with business networks and diverse audiences. Harj is a trustee of the Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre Trust and a founding trustee of the Commonwealth Games legacy charity, United by 2022.
