Safety and security in housing blocks

MISSION:

This campaign was designed to raise awareness of JELD-WEN UK’s products in the commercial sector, but with a focus on multi-occupancy residential buildings and install or retro-fit properties.  To reach a highly engaged and relevant target audience with our client’s proposition and key messaging, we devised a data-driven campaign combining a B2B survey with a media partnership.

Approach:

With a print circulation of 25k, we selected Inside Housing as our media partner for this campaign as a key target publication. Through this campaign, we wanted to highlight the issues around security for people living in communal residencies, to ensure that they are adequately protected, and promote the benefits of the client's products and services. We also wanted to emphasise the importance of compliance, technical support and expertise, in addition to the reliability and reputation of the brand.

HIGHLIGHTS:

Working closely with Inside Housing, we achieved diverse promotional content and engagement through a variety of channels including print, e-newsletters, email marketing and website banners and article. With a total print and digital reach of 900k, there was an estimated view of circa 90k and campaign engagement of 35k.
