Investing in excellence: achieving CIPR accreditation

At Rewired, we are committed to providing exceptional service and consultancy to our growing client portfolio. To deliver the ‘gold standard’ across every element of our work, we continue to invest in learning and development, allowing us to best serve our clients, and advance the professional growth of our talented team.

To support this, we are Corporate Affiliate members of the CIPR, the world’s only Royal Chartered professional body for public relations practitioners. As members, we operate to a globally recognised set of standards and values, including the CIPR’s code of conduct.

Our membership also forms part of our commitment to being an employer of choice, as through the CIPR’s Continuing Professional Development programme, our team have access to learning and development opportunities that ensure we keep up to date with the latest insights and trends, to best support our clients’ existing and future needs.

Reflecting our continued focus on professional development, we’re pleased to share that three of our team members have now achieved CIPR Accredited PR Practitioner status.

Raising the bar

Senior Account Directors Grace Porter and Jasmine Caine, and Senior Account Manager Marie Larner, achieved this important accreditation after completing two continuous cycles of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

To become an Accredited Practitioner, individuals must log 60 CPD points each year, over two consecutive years. Points can be obtained by joining CIPR webinars, attending conferences and training sessions, and networking events.

The accreditation highlights Grace, Jasmine and Marie’s high standard of PR expertise, as well as their personal motivation to continually develop their skills.

In addition to their CIPR accreditation, Grace is an active member of the CIPR Midlands committee, while Jasmine sits on the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Future Faces executive committee. These roles, alongside their Accredited Practitioner status, demonstrate their drive to help shape the future of the PR industry.

One step ahead

As the PR landscape continues to evolve, driven by shifts in digital media, influencer marketing and the advent of AI, investing in learning and development remains vitally important. By deepening our understanding and broadening our skills, we can best respond to emerging trends, meet and exceed industry standards and, most importantly, deliver best practice for our clients.

Ruth Pipkin, managing director at Rewired PR, said:

“Grace, Jasmine and Marie have been committed to achieving CIPR accreditation and we congratulate them on this important milestone in their professional development. This fantastic achievement not only demonstrates the strength of their PR expertise, it also reflects their strategic and leadership capabilities, their commitment to delivering to industry standards, and their motivation to help drive forward future innovation within the industry.

“At Rewired, we’re passionate about professional development and investing in learning and training  to help advance individual growth and to continue to set the highest standards for our clients.”
