MISSION:
Established as a hotel management company in 2020 and through its flagship hotel, Park Regis, Switch has developed an impressive brand, high-quality services and an excellent launch pad for sector diversification and growth. Helping craft and deliver its communications strategy, we were appointed in 2023 to help position the business as a go-to provider of management services across various asset classes and with expertise across office, residential and BTR developments.
Approach:
By building brand awareness with key journalists in top-tier publications and creating engaging content for its owned channels, we have been helping to develop Switch’s identity organically and in its own right, away from its Park Regis brand, whilst building awareness among prospective clients and increasing visibility with key stakeholders.
Getting under the skin of the Switch brand has allowed us to become a trusted advisor and an extension of the in-house team. With lots of exciting news in the pipeline, we’re delighted to support this dynamic brand as it transcends sectors with its excellent hospitality management services.
HIGHLIGHTS:
Securing 53 pieces of coverage within the first six months, we have been supporting our client with high-quality (award-winning) regional and national industry submissions, producing quality SEO-focused copy for its new Aparthotel website, an awareness-building LinkedIn campaign, as well as thought leadership articles and media interviews in BTR and hospitality sector press for Switch’s managing director.
With plenty of news stories in the pipeline, it’s been fantastic to see the Switch brand go from strength to strength.
